Description:
NES will support the relocation of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) headquarters to the historic St. Elizabeth’s Hospital campus in the District of Columbia. The selected candidate will provide product research, design, and engineering required for installation of audiovisual systems. Produces design documentation for use in implementing system installations. Performs system testing and calibration for proper performance, including performing test and calibration of video and audio equipment. Documents system deficiencies and verification of proper resolution. Participates in a design review processes to ensure the quality and consistency of engineering work. Executes technology projects relating to new and existing product enhancements and evaluations and maintenance of the existing networks. Assists with the development of the initial and long term strategy related to audio-visual services and products. Provides assistance with final testing of systems designed.

Required Education and/or Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, and/or work experience.
