Top CIO-SP3 Contract Holder Awarded All Task Areas during recent On-ramp

ALEXANDRIA, VA – Last fall, NITAAC announced that NES Associates ( is the highest-ranked CIO-SP3 Small Business Contract Holder in terms of awarded task orders.  As a result of a recent on-ramp event, NES is thrilled to announce its expanded ability to compete for tasking under this amazing contract with the award of all remaining GWAC task areas.  NES is now available to respond to all requests for proposals issued on the CIO-SP3 small business contract portal.

CIO-SP3-SB is a multiple-award, IDIQ GWAC for IT services and solutions. It is managed by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) and can be used by any federal, civilian or DoD agency to fulfill IT requirements and socioeconomic goals. It is one of only four small business GWACs recommended by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) for use within the Department of Defense (DoD).

The CIO-SP3 Small Business task areas include: Task Area 1: IT Services; Task Area 2: CIO Support; Task Area 3: Imaging; Task Area 4: Outsourcing; Task Area 5: IT Operations and Maintenance; Task Area 6: Integration Services; Task Area 7: Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) and Information Assurance (IA); Task Area 8: Digital Government; Task Area 9: Enterprise Resource Planning; and Task Area 10: Software Development.
